The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, controlling, and delivering IT projects within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards, using appropriate project management methodologies.

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resources
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure optimal utilization
• Monitor, control, and report project metrics end-to-end
• Track and manage project budgets and cost consumption
• Define and validate quality gates across all project phases

• IT project planning and execution
• Stakeholder coordination and communication
• Risk and resource management
• Project tracking, reporting, and governance
• Budget management and quality assurance

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred)
