IT Project Manager

Job Summary

DC Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects in Umm Salal.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong leadership and technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute IT projects across various domains (software, infrastructure, systems)
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed
• Communicate project updates and reports to stakeholders
• Manage project documentation and reporting
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in IT project management
• Proven experience delivering IT or digital transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage
• Must have the legal right to work in Qatar

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: QAR 14,000 – QAR 22,000 per month (depending on experience)
