IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working with government or public-sector clients in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Manage client expectations and ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Control project scope and prevent unauthorized changes or scope creep.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams working on .NET, Java, cloud, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure effective communication between clients, project teams, and management.
• Track project performance and prepare regular status reports.
• Support resource planning, task allocation, and team performance management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including significant experience managing technical projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Experience with .NET technologies (.NET Core, C#) and JavaEE applications.
• Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and virtual machine management.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with project management and monitoring tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Proven experience working with government entities, municipalities, or utility sectors within the GCC region.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation or technology projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
