Salary Range

$82,500.00 - $123,750.00

Overview

The Product Administrator will manage the day-to-day administration and support for the Unity Construct application to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. This individual will also be responsible for the vision and roadmap of the product. This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, customers and vendors to ensure the Unity Construct application meets business requirements, improves operational efficiency, and supports the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

1.Handle user account management, permissions, and access controls.

2.Apply project templates as needed.

3.Monitor system performance and ensure reliable operation of the Unity Construct platform.

4.Manage the inquiry and feedback process queue and respond accordingly.

5.Troubleshoot technical issues and user inquiries and take action to resolve or escalate to the technical team when required.

Required Skills and Abilities
1.Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software, and equipment
2.Knowledge of IT project management principles (e.g., Agile) and software
3.Developed analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
4.Developed interpersonal, written, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
5.Proven project management skills

Principal Responsibilities

1. Collaborate to review routine project plans and proposals and develop project objectives; identify project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project; calculate time frames and sequence the stages of the project. 2. Communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project team; establish clear stakeholder expectations, and requirements of varying degrees of complexity. 3. Coordinate and perform technical aspects of project, research issues. 4. Review, evaluate, and monitor cost schedule and technical scope baselines. 5. Ensure the preparation and delivery of required project documentation. 6. Prepare and provide project status updates. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
