Job Description:

Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to develop Work Breakdown Structures and project schedules, identifying predecessors, dependencies, and critical paths. Evaluates actual progress, provides regular schedule updates, and manages conflicts, issues, and risks through to resolution. Facilitates the development of project scope statements, defining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Negotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively manages changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, identifying impacts and providing recommendations. Updates project tracking systems to monitor details including resource allocation, change requests, issues, risks, overdue tasks, key decisions, milestones, and deliverables, providing formal and ad hoc reports as needed. Other duties as assigned Manages multiple projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-compliant delivery.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to define a scope statement that includes SMART Goals and statistical analysis [Required]
  • Able to effectively facilitate small team meetings [Required]
  • Proven ability to monitor and proactively communicate the progress of project delivery. Ensures timely and effective communication of project status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risk/issues. Tailors the message and delivery as needed. [Required]
  • Basic communication and negotiation skills – oral, written, presentation, formal and informal [Required]
  • Basic understanding of process flow diagrams [Required]
  • Basic understanding of project management processes, standards and methodology [Required]
  • Basic understanding when to seek advice or escalate an issue to maximize results [Required]
  • Able to facilitate the development of the work breakdown structure and work estimates working with the resource managers, subject matter experts and vendors Able to develop the project schedule identifying predecessors, dependencies and the critical path [Required]
  • Proven ability to create simple effective presentations [Required]
  • Ability to identify risks and develop a comprehensive risk response plan [Required]
  • Ability to persuade or influence team members by understanding the various points of view and achieving meaningful interaction [Required]
  • Ability to take in a wide range of information, from multiple sources and pinpoint key insights, identify root cause, and facilitate the determination of potential options and impacts [Required]
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment with competing priorities [Required]
  • Takes pride in delivering exceptional quality on all assignments. [Required]
  • Proficient at project management tools and/or software packages, specifically Project Online [Required]
  • MS PowerPoint [Required]
  • MS Office Tools [Required]
  • Knowledge of:
  • SDLC tools and/or software packages
  • Visio
  • Mindmap Tools [Required]

Education:
  • Bachelor's [Preferred]

Field of Study:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or Healthcare OR 4+ years relevant experience Preferred

Work Experience:
  • 1+ experience managing large, complex it projects [Required]

Pay Range:

$54,680.66 - $101,717.57
