IT Project Manager / Business Analyst

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Language Requirement: Arabic (mandatory)

Salary: 20K AED



We are seeking an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to support application-related projects . The role requires close interaction with business stakeholders and application teams to capture requirements, manage vendors and oversee successful software implementation. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with strong business acumen and can bridge communication between business users, IT and external partners.



Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT/application teams.
  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders.


  • Project Management
  • Plan, scope, and deliver IT application projects.
  • Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies and reporting.
  • Ensure successful adoption of applications through training and documentation.


  • Vendor Management
  • Manage vendor selection, RFPs and tender processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors such as Microsoft and local partners for implementation.
  • Oversee vendor delivery, quality and compliance with business needs.
  • Coordinate software installation, customization and integration.


  • Technology & Implementation
  • Work on projects involving cloud technologies (Azure, private cloud, on-premise solutions) .
  • Contribute to software development and implementation strategies.
  • Support application rollout, end-user training, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure system documentation and knowledge transfer.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Must : Fluency in Arabic
  • Background in IT project management and business analysis .
  • Experience in application projects, ideally involving cloud technologies (Azure, private cloud, on-premise).
  • Proven track record in vendor management and software implementation.
  • Knowledge of project scoping, requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Familiarity with IT tendering processes and vendor negotiations.
  • Experience in Human Capital / HR business systems is a plus, but not required.


Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for online work when appropriate.
