Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead and orchestrate complex, enterprise-scale network connectivity with Data Center and Business to Business (B2B) transformation and migration initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT project management, Cloud technologies & B2B migration experiences with cross-functional team leadership. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of network projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, procurement oversight and operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of network infrastructure with a focus on Business-to-Business migration projects, including internet hosted & cloud dependency deployments, datacenter application migrations, infrastructure procurement / implementations, hybrid cloud integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, issues, schedules, and risks, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and compliance with governance standards
• Oversee vendor relationships and third-party service providers, ensuring SLA adherence and quality delivery
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and apply hybrid project management methodologies to optimize team performance and delivery outcomes
• Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive reports to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement
• Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and process optimization

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on enterprise network infrastructure

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in IT project management, with a focus on enterprise network infrastructure, business to business & cloud transformation
• Self-organized leader with critical thinking skills, technical understanding, and data analysis skills
• Bachelor’s degree or related field training, military experience, or higher education
• Demonstrable delivery track record of technology infrastructure or business application projects
• Excellent communication skills to work with global and regional 3rd party partners
• Strong level of proficiency in MS-Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
• Experience in delivering projects spanning multiple Lines of Business across multiple network infrastructures, Data Center, Business to Business & Internet
• Adaptable to work with people from different cultural and geographical backgrounds located in different time zones
• PMP, Scrum Master, CPM or equivalent certification in Project Management
• Experience in handing a project end to end including project planning, resource management, stakeholder management, risk management, scheduling and project governance
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence

Technical certifications such as CCNA and AWS Developer Associate are a strong plus
