IT Project Manager (Gaming)

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology and product initiatives in the gaming sector. The role requires someone who has managed gaming-related projects end-to-end, with strong project management capabilities, a technical mindset, and the ability to navigate fast-paced stakeholder environments.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate between client stakeholders, developers, designers, and solution providers to ensure delivery remains on track.
• Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and stakeholder updates.
• Act as the single point of contact for day-to-day execution, escalation handling, and delivery decisions.
• Align scope, budget, and technical feasibility within project constraints.
• Track KPIs, identify delivery bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
• Report progress to senior leadership with clear, concise updates.
• Ensure QA and deployment cycles are managed properly and timelines are met.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience managing digital or tech projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects in the gaming sector.
• Strong project management experience (ideally PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certified).
• Technical fluency to liaise with engineering teams confidently.
• Previous experience working on-site with fast-moving organizations.
• Comfortable working under time and budget constraints.
• Available to work on-site.
• Not required to be Arabic-speaking.
