Job Purpose:
Lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery of single or multiple IT projects, including Risk/Compliance, Audit, HR, and Finance software implementations, within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints, while managing dynamic changes to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: End-to-end setup, implementation, and management of IT projects; develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets; manage dependencies and critical paths.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, assign duties, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Communication & Reporting: Implement communication plans, monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and maintain project documentation.
- Risk & Change Management: Perform risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and manage changes in project scope.
- Acquisition & Resource Management: Estimate resources, draft budgets, negotiate with departments for personnel, and ensure adequate staffing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP).
- 7–10 years of direct experience in HR and Finance transformation project management, including SAP HRMS or Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.
- Experience managing technical and business projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Waterfall-to-Agile transformations.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handle shifting priorities, and motivate teams.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and flexible during changes.
- Proficient in project management software.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Projects completed on time and within budget.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and proper risk/issue identification.
- Minimal deviation between estimated and actual costs and schedules.
