Position Overview

The IT Project Manager IV is a senior-level leader responsible for ensuring that technology initiatives remain aligned with evolving business needs. This role oversees the cross-functional delivery of complex technology projects, guiding efforts from concept through implementation.

The ideal candidate brings extensive project management experience, strong analytical skills, and demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead cross-functional delivery of complex technology initiatives
• Ensure IT practices remain aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate projects from concept creation through full implementation

Scope & Planning

• Define and document:
  • Project scope
  • Goals and milestones
  • Deliverables
  • Detailed task breakdowns
  • Resource requirements
• Develop structured project plans and timelines

Agile & Sprint Management

• Lead sprint planning sessions and daily stand-up meetings
• Guide project lifecycle execution using Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Break down complex, multi-disciplinary projects into prioritized action plans

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide clear visibility into project status and progress
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership
• Present updates, risks, and mitigation strategies

Risk & Dependency Management

• Identify cross-team dependencies and potential risks
• Develop and implement mitigation plans
• Drive issue resolution to maintain project momentum

Collaboration & Coordination

• Partner with:
  • Technical teams
  • Product teams
  • Business stakeholders
• Align technical execution with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 10+ years of relevant IT project management experience
• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to:

  • Track multiple initiatives
  • Deliver measurable results
