IT Project Manager - P4P

Experience Required: 12 to 16 years of experience

Qualification required:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Business Administration)
• Certification in Project Management(PMI) Mandatory.
• Foundation understanding of ITIL
• Project planning & scheduling (using tools like MS Project, JIRA)
• Strong understanding of IT processes, software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and cloud platforms.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Should have worked on delivery of large application and technology projects.

Main Tasks

• Lead the planning and execution of IT projects across various business units, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates for consistent project delivery
• Coordinate project scoping, resource planning, scheduling, risk management, and budgeting to ensure project success
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and performance using metrics and tools, reporting updates to senior leadership
• Identify and mitigate project risks, managing issues and dependencies proactively to minimize project disruptions
• Establish and manage project governance processes, including regular project reviews and steering committee meetings
• Provide leadership and coaching to project managers, assisting in the development of their project management skills
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to track and manage project budgets and expenditures
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project management practices
