Experience Required: 12 to 16 years of experience
Qualification required:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Business Administration)

Certification in Project Management(PMI) Mandatory.

Foundation understanding of ITIL

Project planning & scheduling (using tools like MS Project, JIRA)

Strong understanding of IT processes, software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and cloud platforms.

Experience in healthcare preferred.

Should have worked on delivery of large application and technology projects.
Main Tasks
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects across various business units, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates for consistent project delivery
- Coordinate project scoping, resource planning, scheduling, risk management, and budgeting to ensure project success
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and performance using metrics and tools, reporting updates to senior leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks, managing issues and dependencies proactively to minimize project disruptions
- Establish and manage project governance processes, including regular project reviews and steering committee meetings
- Provide leadership and coaching to project managers, assisting in the development of their project management skills
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to track and manage project budgets and expenditures
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project management practices
