IT Project Manager - Public Health || Raleigh, NC || Hybrid
- Position Title: Senior IT Program Manager – Public Health & Government Projects
- Location: Raleigh NC (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a large-scale public health technology modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex IT programs, vendor relationships, budgets, project portfolios, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
- Experience with public health, healthcare, or government projects
- Strong vendor, budget, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading large system implementations or legacy system replacement projects
- PMP/PgMP certification preferred
- Agile experience preferred
This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
