IT Project Manager- Richmond, VA- Hybrid

We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master to act as a servant leader for 2–3 Agile teams, ensuring effective implementation of Scrum and Kanban practices. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing team impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The Scrum Master will collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to maintain a healthy backlog, track sprint progress, and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos

• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and release planning

• Remove impediments and support team self-organization

• Maintain backlog quality and assist with prioritization and defect resolution

• Promote Agile best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Scrum Master or Agile experience

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC

• Experience facilitating Agile teams and managing multiple priorities

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• SAFe experience/certification is a plus
