IT Project Manager & Scrum Master

As an IT Project Manager & Scrum Master, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. You will also serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching the team on Agile principles. Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Build, develop, and manage project teams.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments to the team's progress.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum values and practices.
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders.
