IT Project Manager/Coordinator

We seek an experienced IT Project Manager/Coordinator to collaborate with the service delivery teams on IT project lifecycles, project updates, and best-in-class project performance. This role requires sound IT experience and skills in leading IT projects from initiation to completion.

• Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop project roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and business units.
• Implement best practices for IT governance, compliance, and security.
• Manage cloud-based and on-premises IT infrastructure projects.
• Oversee system integrations, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs, SLAs, and quality assurance standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure a smooth implementation and adoption.
• Provide detailed status reports on milestone achievements to the project delivery team and clients.
• Stay current with emerging IT trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support project pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and scoping workshops

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or enterprise IT solutions.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), networking, and security.
• Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and enterprise software solutions.
• Hands-on experience in IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL framework.
• Strong understanding of business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of spoken and written Arabic is a plus!
