Project Coordinator – Fit-Out

AA Project & Construction Management company, specializing in interior fit-out delivery projects, is hiring for the position of 'Project Coordinator'.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily operations of fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and progress.
  • Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and site execution activities.
  • Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Track project costs, milestones, and variations as per contractual obligations.
  • Ensure timely closure of site issues and assist in project handover documentation.

Requirements:

  • Should be from construction and design industry ONLY.
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering OR Management.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-outs or construction coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Should be ethically strong and professional in management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple site and office teams and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of materials and finishes in the field
