Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and organized Civil Project Coordinator to support and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will assist in scheduling, site coordination, documentation, client communication, procurement follow-up, and progress monitoring to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily project activities between site team, consultants, subcontractors, and management.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Assist Project Manager in planning manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Follow up with procurement team for timely material delivery.
- Maintain project documentation including BOQs, invoices, work orders, RFIs, and correspondence.
- Attend site meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Track project deadlines, milestones, and pending issues.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for approvals and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards at site.
- Verify subcontractor work progress and billing records.
- Resolve day-to-day project coordination issues efficiently.
- Support billing and quantity verification with QS / survey team.
- Prepare presentations and project status updates for management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in civil construction / infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of site operations and project coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Familiarity with BOQ, drawings, billing, and planning.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Salary:
Market Competitive/Mobile Allowance (as per company policy)
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
