About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations across brand, content, design, digital, and sales teams.
- Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and campaign progress to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain project trackers, status updates, calendars, and internal coordination documents.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Support campaign execution by aligning teams on requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
- Assist in preparing briefs, presentations, internal updates, and support documents.
- Proofread and quality-check collateral before release or sharing.
- Support event-related marketing requirements, production follow-ups, logistics coordination, and vendor communication.
Job Role Secondary:
- Support documentation, filing, and audit-related activities.
- Organize marketing files, templates, references, approvals, and final deliverables.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support presentations and campaigns.
- Gather references and examples for ongoing brand and campaign work.
- Support reporting, meeting notes, post-campaign documentation, and process improvement tasks.
- Assist in maintaining standard operating processes and internal workflow discipline
Requirements:
- Must have O/A Levels Background.
- Fluent English Communication.

Experience: Fresh - 2 years
Shift Working: Morning
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Work Timing: 11am - 8pm
Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
