Job Overview
We are seeking a highly competent IT Proposal & Bid Writer with in-depth technical knowledge and a strong grasp of modern software development practices. This role requires someone who can not only craft persuasive proposals but also understand complex client requirements and respond to technical queries with clarity and precision. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs, producing proposals that are both technically sound and commercially compelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, customized proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and client inquiries
• Interpret complex technical requirements and translate them into clear, structured documentation
• Address client technical queries by collaborating closely with engineering and product teams
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and proposed technical approaches
• Create solution-oriented proposals covering areas such as web/app development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations
• Ensure all submissions are accurate, persuasive, and aligned with business objectives
• Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates, technical content, and knowledge base

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT proposal writing, bidding, or pre-sales
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system architecture, and modern tech stacks
• Ability to comprehend and articulate technical solutions (e.g., APIs, databases, cloud services, integrations)
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with international clients and handling technical discussions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI-based solutions, SaaS products, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of business analysis and solution design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
