IT Purchasing Team Leader

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Examine and analyze departmental purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of information.
  • Handle purchasing requests over bank level after obtaining necessary approvals complying with bank policies and procedures.
  • Monitor delivery is executed on timely manner against agreed terms and conditions.
  • Approves contractual purchasing orders for consumables.
  • Prepare monthly reports and identify solutions for any gaps might occur.
  • Respond to customers for any inquiry in a timely manner and resolve purchasing problems between department and vendor.
  • Assist Department Head in planning, developing and organizing objectives and targets of team members’ responsibilities and collaboration to reach the required goals and achievements.
  • Supervise team members’ activities and assist when needed.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant degree from a recognized university.
  • Min 8 years in banking or relevant field.
