IT QA & Data Governance Manager

Job Summary

The IT QA & Data Governance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, completeness, and reliability of IT deliverables and enterprise data across all systems. The role will establish robust mechanisms to validate, reconcile, and automate data flows, ensuring that management dashboards and reports fully align with underlying source systems (ERP and transactional data).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement QA frameworks for IT systems, dashboards, reports, integrations, and workflows.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and business alignment of IT deliverables through functional, integration, and UAT testing.
• Enforce data governance controls to maintain accurate and timely ERP data across business functions.
• Monitor and resolve data inconsistencies, reconciliation issues, and reporting discrepancies between ERP, BI, and dashboards.
• Define and track SLAs for transaction recording, data entry, and period closing activities.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual data entry through system integrations and workflow digitization.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, validation rules, and governance standards for data integrity and reporting consistency.
• Ensure IT projects deliver validated, high-quality outputs within agreed timelines and business requirements.
• Identify risks related to data quality, reporting accuracy, and system adoption, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct user trainings to promote accurate data entry practices and a strong data-driven culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT QA, Data Governance, or ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably Oracle EBS / SAP / Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Hyperion).
• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
• Knowledge of process automation and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per hour
