IT Recruiter

Role : IT Recruiter

Eligibility: Candidates with relevant working experience of 1-2 years in the IT recruitment industry are preferred.

Exposure: IT Recruitment Industry.

Location : Delhi

Work Mode : On-Site ( In-Person )

Responsibilities:

Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and our internal database.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for various IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, etc.).

Partner closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals.

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and track progress.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market compensation rates, and the competitive landscape to inform sourcing and hiring decisions.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.).

Demonstrate experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

The candidate should have previously must worked in C2H role as IT recruiter.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
