Hiring: IT Recruiter

Source highly specialized candidates for prominent global enterprises, focusing on European and International markets. Screen and interview candidates meticulously to present clients with top-quality prospects. Tailor hiring strategies in consultation with clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends to conduct assessments against prevailing standards, while also cultivating and expanding the client portfolio for sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities Areas:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to discern role requirements and identify optimal candidate profiles.
- Draft and disseminate technical job descriptions across specialized IT job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Source, screen, and curate a pool of qualified candidates suited for diverse technical roles.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews using a range of techniques, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral inquiries.
- Establish and maintain a candidate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure a robust pipeline of potential hires, while ensuring data integrity.
- Engage with IT professionals through both online and offline networking avenues to bolster the employer brand and attract top talent.
- Attend tech conferences and meetups to foster connections within the IT community and remain abreast of emerging trends.
- Stay informed about technological advancements to facilitate strategic discussions with clients regarding future hiring needs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment, ideally within a Technical Recruiter capacity.
- Hands-on experience with diverse interview formats, including platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Google meets etc..
Education and Experience:
- Technical acumen enabling comprehension and articulation of job requirements for IT positions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong perseverance and networking capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT or Tech recruitment.
- Substantial background in sales, business development, or client development roles.
