Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in recruitment, with exposure to hiring in technical and creative domains.
Preferred Experience: UAE market knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles such as:
  • Content Writers
  • Digital Marketing Executives
  • Software Developers (Front-end, Back-end, or Full Stack)
  • Define job descriptions, prepare interview questions, and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
  • Build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Screening & Selection:
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Provide insights and guidance on market trends and competitive compensation packages.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track progress and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter with a focus on hiring for technical and creative roles.
  • Previous recruitment experience in the UAE or Middle East is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques for both creative and technical profiles.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
