Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Using job boards, social media (LinkedIn, GitHub), professional networks, and events to find talent.
  • Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screening calls, and assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Working with hiring managers to define requirements and with HR for documentation and onboarding.
  • Interviewing: Organizing various interview formats, including technical assessments and behavioral interviews.
  • Offer Management: Extending offers, negotiating salaries, and handling paperwork.
  • Strategy: Developing recruitment strategies and promoting the company as an employer of choice.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies (Java, Python, Cloud), and key skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media recruiting).
