We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our growing HR team. As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles within our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to our overall talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:
· Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance, including:
Developing job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers.
Sourcing candidates through various channels (internal mobility, employee referrals, online platforms, social media, networking events, etc.).
Screening resumes and applications, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
Managing the interview process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring timely communication.
Conducting reference checks and background checks.
Preparing and extending offer letters.Onboarding new hires.
· Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
· Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting our employer brand to attract top talent.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
· Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed,Naukri.).
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
