About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT roles across various technologies and levels.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.

  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future IT hiring needs..



Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of technical skillsets, IT roles, and sourcing strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience hiring for niche or senior IT roles.

  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices.
