IT Recruiter(Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and skill sets
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and databases
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
• Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and ensure smooth joining
• Maintain and update candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
• Meet monthly hiring targets and timelines
• Build talent pools for future requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,308.42 - ₹20,540.15 per month
