Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and skill sets
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and databases
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
- Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and ensure smooth joining
- Maintain and update candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
- Meet monthly hiring targets and timelines
- Build talent pools for future requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience

Pay: ₹12,308.42 - ₹20,540.15 per month
