We are seeking an experienced
IT Release & Change Management Lead
to drive and govern the end-to-end release and change management processes across the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all IT changes are planned, assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented in a controlled manner while minimizing business disruption and maintaining service quality.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT Change and Release Management processes, ensuring compliance with established policies and best practices.

Review, assess, prioritize, and coordinate Requests for Change (RFCs) across multiple business and IT functions.

Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and oversee technical assessments, approvals, and post-implementation reviews.

Develop and maintain release plans, schedules, and deployment strategies aligned with business objectives.

Identify risks, dependencies, and resource requirements for successful release delivery.

Coordinate change implementation, testing, deployment, and rollback activities.

Monitor change success rates, report on key metrics, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Ensure effective communication of planned changes and releases to stakeholders across the organization.

Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of releases and changes.

Promote a strong Change Management culture and adherence to IT governance standards.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

8+ years of experience within IT Service Management environments.

Strong expertise in Change, Release, Incident, Problem, and Configuration Management processes.

Experience facilitating CAB meetings and managing enterprise-scale change initiatives.

Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus).

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Change Management, Release Management, and version control tools.

Excellent communication, reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
