Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales and Advertising Specialist with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling IT solutions tailored for hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses, while also developing and executing digital advertising campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities Sales (IT Solutions)
- Identify and engage potential clients within the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and travel companies.
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions such as property management systems (PMS), booking engines, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and digital concierge services.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Advertising & Marketing
- Plan and execute B2B and B2C advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, hospitality platforms, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies tailored to target segments in the hospitality sector.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize advertising strategies for better ROI.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand identity and client expectations.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and spend.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales and/or digital advertising, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality technologies (PMS, Channel Managers, CRM systems, etc.).
- Proven track record in B2B sales and managing advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital advertising tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with hotel chains, resorts, or hospitality tech vendors.
- Certification in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).
- Knowledge of current trends in hospitality technology and digital transformation.
