IT Sales Engineer

As an IT Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in GPS Telematics, Despatch Management and Condition monitoring. You will visit prospects all over the UAE, Present cloud solutions onsite and online, send quote/proposal, follow up leads and close the sale. Post sale involves training customer and customer engagement for future orders and referrals. You will work closely with the Tele marketing, and leadership teams to execute growth strategies and achieve business objectives.

• Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver pitches, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and generate regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and conferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Submit weekly reports on sales and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Administration or similar
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the UAE. Prefer Male candidates who have similar GPS Telematics and IT Sales experience.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• UAE Driving License
• Female candidates with driving license and motivated to visit customer sites will also be considered
• Sharjah residents are desirable.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
