Job Title: Field Sales Executive – IT Hardware & AMC Services

Location: Delhi NCR (Field-Based Role)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with hands-on experience in selling IT hardware products and AMC services to government departments and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in institutional sales, field operations, and e-tendering processes, and have a strong understanding of government procurement systems such as GeM and DGS&D.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Hardware Sales

  • Sales of desktops, laptops, servers, printers, RAM, UPS, networking devices, etc.
  • Promotion of hardware rental services (laptops, CPUs, servers, printers).

AMC & IT Services

  • Sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to private and government clients.
  • Support on-site IT services and manpower deployment solutions.

Government & Institutional Sales

  • Engage with government departments, PSUs, and institutions.
  • Navigate GeM Portal, DGS&D rate contracts, and e-tender submissions.

Sales Operations

  • Lead generation, client visits, product demos, and deal negotiation.
  • Preparation of proposals, quotations, and documentation.

Field Sales & Travel

  • Regular field visits across Delhi NCR.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure repeat business and manage post-sales support.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Handle tender documents, compliance, and contract paperwork.
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams for service delivery.

Technology & Reporting

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Maintain daily sales reports and communication through email.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware products and services.
  • Hands-on experience with AMC sales and hardware rentals.
  • Expertise in institutional sales, GeM portal, and government procurement.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication and client handling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT hardware sales to govt. and corporate clients.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Other Requirements:

  • Own two-wheeler (mandatory)
  • Willing to travel across Delhi NCR on a daily basis

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Incentives on sales performance
  • Travel allowance for field visits
