IT Sales Executive

Marketing & Sales:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote services.

Visit existing and potential client offices to introduce products/services and build relationships.

Actively follow up with leads and inquiries to close sales and grow the customer base.

Identify business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitors.

Coordinate digital marketing activities, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and Google Ads.

Create and manage promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and content for websites and social platforms.

Plan and execute on-ground events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand.

Report on marketing and sales performance metrics to management.

IT Support:

Provide first-line technical support to internal teams (hardware, software, networking, emails, etc.)

Manage and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, and databases.

Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place and up to date.

Install and configure hardware and software.

Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving faults.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware, software, and services.

Monitor system performance and maintain documentation for IT processes and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and marketing/sales roles.

Solid technical knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in direct client interaction and outside sales/marketing visits.

Preferred Skills:

UAE driving license (optional).

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Ability to manage time effectively between technical and sales tasks.
