We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in SEO, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on multi-platform marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI across multiple digital channels. Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO.
- Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search engine visibility.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in writing and design.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Create and test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and audience segments.
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, engagement, and ROAS.
- Use Meta Ads Manager for performance tracking, pixel setup, and remarketing.
TikTok Ads:
- Launch and manage TikTok Ads campaigns targeting relevant audiences.
- Create engaging short-form video content or briefs for creators.
- Monitor trends and test different creative formats and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
LinkedIn Ads:
- Run sponsored content, InMail, and lead gen campaigns tailored for B2B audiences.
- Target by job title, industry, company size, and other LinkedIn-specific filters.
- Align campaign objectives with sales or lead-gen goals.
- Optimize ad copy and creative based on performance data.
Google Ads:
- Manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and write compelling ad copy.
- Monitor Quality Score, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Use Google Analytics and conversion tracking to analyze performance.
✅ Requirements
- 1 year of experience managing SEO and paid media campaigns.
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI and growth.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics.
- Proficiency in tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Strong copywriting, A/B testing, and creative evaluation skills.
