About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive (Male) to drive business growth for our IT services. This role involves client visits, relationship-building, and end-to-end sales cycle management. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, preferably in IT services and the ability to communicate technical solutions in a client-friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach prospective clients through client visits, referrals, cold calls, networking, and events
- Promote and sell IT AMC services, including hardware/software maintenance, on-site support, remote monitoring, and IT infrastructure management
- Understand client IT environments and present tailored AMC proposals based on their needs and pain points
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (IT managers, business owners, procurement heads, etc.)
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly update with activities, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to better serve clients
Requirements:
- 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, hardware/services environments
- Proven ability to build client relationships and close long-term service contracts
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
