The IT Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting IT products or services to achieve sales targets. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable IT products, software solutions, or services.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and pitches to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate solutions and implementation support.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and ensure timely communication.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of IT products, cloud solutions, software, or enterprise technologies.
- Ability to present complex technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
