Somniate Tech is a fast-growing Software development and digital marketing company delivering full-stack marketing, software solutions, branding, automation, and performance marketing services across D2C, SaaS, and service-based industries. We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a high-performance sales professional to bring international clients onboard.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven International Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating, pitching, closing, and onboarding overseas clients (outside India) for our Software development and digital marketing services.

This is a revenue-focused role — the candidate must deliver sales results from the first month. No salary bar for the ideal performer.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify, target, and acquire international clients across the US, UK, UAE, Europe, Australia, and other markets.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, cold email, cold calling, and partnerships for consistent lead generation.
  • Manage the entire outbound and inbound sales pipeline.

Sales & Deal Closure

  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and requirement discussions.
  • Pitch IT services (Web Development, Software, CRM, SaaS Solutions) and Digital Marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, Branding, SEO, Performance Marketing).
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and close high-value deals.

Client Onboarding & Coordination

  • Take full ownership of onboarding new clients smoothly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Creative, Operations) to initiate project execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.

Performance & Targets

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Bring immediate sales results from Month 1.
  • Report sales KPIs and pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in selling IT services or digital marketing services in international markets.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in global B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and close deals without support.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and software development services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,044.53 - ₹33,453.03 per month
