Manager - Sales & Operations

Location: Mancheswar, BBSR
Experience: 3–7 years
Industry: Dairy / FMCG
Reporting To: GM – Sales & Operations

Role Overview:
Responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with production & dispatch teams, and ensuring business growth through efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network
• Oversee daily operations, dispatch planning, logistics & stock control
• Coordinate with production for demand forecasting and supply planning
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards
• Lead field sales team & delivery riders; monitor KPIs and productivity
• Maintain MIS, sales dashboards, and ensure timely collections
• Ensure cold chain compliance and product availability

Requirements:

• 3–7 years’ experience in Sales/Operations (Dairy/FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS) and reporting software
• Good communication, leadership, and market understanding
• Experience in route planning, team handling & sales reporting
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
