Job description:

  • Role: Coordinate across departments and close sales to generate revenue
  • SPOC for internal coordination with Procurement, Engineering/Pre-Sales, Finance
  • Sales Operations: Pricing, BOQ verification, quotation preparation, SFDC updates, order processing, invoicing
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Daily/weekly/monthly forecasts, sales funnel & revenue reporting
  • Performance Communication: Weekly sales performance updates with analysis and executive summary
  • Dashboards & Analytics: Create quality dashboards and analytical reports for management
  • Revenue Generation: Meet new & existing customers, achieve topline & bottom-line targets
  • KPIs: Timely quotations, seamless sales activities, real-time support to management, high customer satisfaction
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Internal sales team, GM, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, key customers & vendors
  • Qualifications: MBA/PGDM (Sales), Advanced Excel, Salesforce automation
  • Skills: Strong analytical ability, sales & business acumen, coordination, planning, communication
  • Languages: Mandatory – English & Tamil; Preferred – Kannada, Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹888,147.56 - ₹1,036,977.01 per year

  • Sales Engineer: 5 years (Required)
