Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented IT Sales professional with strong expertise in selling IT solutions, services, and technology products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth across enterprise and SMB segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT products, solutions, and services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and key accounts
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM updates
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in IT sales (solutions, systems integration, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, software, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers (C-level, IT Managers, Procurement)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling solutions such as:
  • Cloud (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365)
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • Networking & Infrastructure
  • Data center, storage, and backup solutions
  • Experience working with system integrators, distributors, and vendors

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • IT or vendor sales certifications are an advantage

  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability

Valid UAE Driving License is a must
