Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented IT Sales professional with strong expertise in selling IT solutions, services, and technology products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth across enterprise and SMB segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT products, solutions, and services
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and key accounts
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM updates
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years of proven experience in IT sales (solutions, systems integration, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, software, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with decision-makers (C-level, IT Managers, Procurement)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling solutions such as:
- Cloud (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365)
- Cybersecurity solutions
- Networking & Infrastructure
- Data center, storage, and backup solutions
- Experience working with system integrators, distributors, and vendors
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- IT or vendor sales certifications are an advantage
