Role Description
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for ProntoSys’s IT services and digital solutions.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients to understand their business needs and present suitable IT solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, email communication, and online channels.
- Present and promote ProntoSys’s products and services, including software solutions, web development, and digital marketing services.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to ensure accurate solution mapping and timely delivery.
- Utilize digital marketing knowledge to support lead generation through SEO, social media, online campaigns, and website inquiries.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
