Job Description

CSK Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring IT Sales Trainees / Business Development Trainees for immediate joining. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in IT sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Promote IT services to potential clients
• Handle client communication via calls, emails, and online platforms
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
• Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers to 1 year of experience in sales/business development
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales processes (training will be provided)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Must have own laptop and stable internet connection

Salary Package

• ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
