Job Description: IT Sales Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of IT products and services, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries for IT solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT products, software, and services.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and features of IT solutions to clients.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
  • Proactively source leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into opportunities.
  • Market Research:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
