About the Role

This role involves IT Sales + Business Development + Lead Generation.
Perfect for:
- Freshers who want to start a career in IT Sales (training provided)
- Experienced candidates who want to hit targets and grow fast

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, Clutch, Capterra.

• Maintain leads & pipeline in HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho / Freshsales.

• Run email outreach & follow-ups (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).

• Write proposals, pitch to clients, and support demos.

• Create simple visuals/content using Canva.

• Engage on LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter & relevant communities.

• Track weekly performance and optimize results.

Requirements

For Freshers:

· Strong communication skills

· Interest in sales, IT, or lead generation

· Willing to learn and follow processes

· Must be graduate in (BS, BSCS, BSIT)

For Experienced (2–4 Years):

· Proven IT sales or lead generation experience

· CRM + LinkedIn prospecting expertise

· Strong proposal writing & outreach skills

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

· Canva/Illustrator skills

· Experience with Upwork proposals
