IT Sales Manager

Job Description:
The IT Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, drive revenue targets, and build strong relationships with local and international clients. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in selling IT services and software solutions, with the ability to lead and motivate a results-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Pakistan sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for IT, software, and digital service offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities through B2B, enterprise, and channel partners.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals.
• Track performance through CRM tools (Zoho CRM, ClickUp) and maintain reporting.
• Represent Analytica in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates only.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
• Experience: 5–8 years in IT sales or business development (minimum 2 years in a managerial role).
• Proven record of achieving sales targets in IT or software companies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Ability to manage teams, close deals, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
