Role & Responsibilities

Manage and support the sales team to achieve individual & team sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and generate leads.

Research and connect with potential clients; qualify leads and arrange appointments.

Conduct client meetings to gather business & technical requirements.

Deliver professional product presentations, demos, and proposals.

Provide training and support to customers & channel partners.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including pre-sales, quotations, negotiations, and post-sales follow-up.

Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships.

Represent the company at events to generate contacts and business opportunities.

Monitor sales reports, analyze performance, and ensure timely target achievement.

Collaborate internally, share best practices, and support business processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s / MBA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years’ UAE experience in IT / Software sales (B2B preferred).

Strong background in sales of IT solutions (Document Management, Software, or Digital Transformation).

Valid UAE Driving License and own car (mandatory).

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Strong negotiation, selling, and presentation skills.

Professional, well-groomed, and presentable.

Ability to work independently as well as within a sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
