IT Sales Representative (Cold Calling)

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and result-driven IT Sales Representative (Cold Calling) who has hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation for IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and other IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international clients (US/UK).

Present products/services professionally and confidently.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.

Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in IT sales or cold calling

Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing services & other IT services.

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confidence in speaking with international clients

Ability to work in a target-driven environment
