We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Administrator with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in the medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and organizational efficiency.
- Deep knowledge & understanding of AD, BDC Servers and Protocols & Services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS).
- Expertise in Wi-Fi networks, controllers, and enterprise wireless security.
- Proficiency with tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, and SNMP.
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and software-defined networking solutions
- Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Strong knowledge of backup, failover strategies, and redundancy planning.
- Strong ability to document configurations, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Maintain network documentation/Inventory file as per company protocols.
- Configuring and managing Linux network services (DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP, VPN, etc.).
- Setting up and maintaining firewalls (pfsense, iptables, firewalld, nftables).Using SNMP monitoring tools (Cacti, Zabbix, etc.)
- Configuring routing and switching protocols.
- Implementing VLANs, NAT, and subnetting.
- Installing, updating, and maintaining Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, RHEL, etc.).
- Monitoring system performance and logs.
- Ensuring high availability and failover mechanisms (HAProxy, Keepalived, etc.)
- Setting up and maintaining virtual machines (KVM, VMware, etc.)
- Implementing RAID configurations for data redundancy.
- Implementing and maintaining network security policies.
- Performing penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
- Managing SSH access, certificates, and key-based authentication.
- VOIP System Installation, Configurations & Network Administration.
- Deploying and configuring VoIP servers (Asterisk, FreePBX, Cisco CUCM, 3CX, etc.).
- Setting up SIP trunks, PRI, and VoIP gateways, Configuring & Managing VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323, MGCP) IP phones, softphones.
- Ensuring QoS (Quality of Service) settings for optimal call quality.
- Monitoring bandwidth utilization and optimizing network performance for VoIP, Managing VLANs and QoS policies for VoIP traffic prioritization & Integrating VoIP with PBX systems and cloud telephony solutions.
- Preventing SIP-based attacks, configuring multi-factor authentication (MFA) and access controls for VoIP systems and Ensuring compliance with HIPAA.
- Diagnosing call quality issues (jitter, latency, packet loss) using tools like Wireshark. Resolving dropped calls, one-way audio, and codec mismatches. Monitoring VoIP systems using Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds. Handling firmware updates and patchesfor VoIP devices.
Required Competencies:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a IT Network Administrator
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Follow company scripts and guidelines.
- Minimum Graduation in relevant field
