Network Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and support our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure secure, high-availability network operations and troubleshoot network-related issues across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall infrastructure
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot network outages, latency issues, and connectivity problems
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Implement network security controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls
• Support cloud networking (AWS / Azure / GCP – VPC, subnets, gateways)
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, BGP, OSPF
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or Ubiquiti devices
• Hands-on experience with firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA)
• Knowledge of VPNs (IPSec, SSL VPNs)
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
• Understanding of network security principles
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
