IT Senior Account Manager (BFSI) – Dubai


Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets while driving growth within assigned accounts and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across assigned customer accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts while supporting new business development where required.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including understanding customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, and supporting the procurement and deal closure process.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the customer’s organizational structure, decision-making processes, procurement cycles, and evaluation criteria.
  • Stay informed about the customer’s industry, including key trends, business initiatives, and challenges.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, and conduct commercial discussions when required.
  • Take ownership of opportunities within assigned accounts and ensure consistent follow-up through to closure.
  • Collaborate with vendor sales teams and internal technical teams to deliver the most suitable solutions for customers.
  • Position the organization as a trusted partner within the assigned customer base.
  • Support customer satisfaction objectives by ensuring strong relationship management and service delivery.
  • Develop customer references and success stories to support further business growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful deal execution.
  • Maintain accurate account plans and consistently build a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Organize customer meetings, workshops, and enablement sessions to keep clients informed about new solutions and services.
  • Identify key stakeholders within each opportunity, including the economic buyer, decision criteria, decision process, and internal champions.


Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in selling IT solutions to BFSI clients in Dubai & Northern Emirates
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and how they address customer business needs.
  • Proven experience in consultative and solution-based sales.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and manage strategic accounts effectively.
  • Good knowledge of industry trends and the overall IT solutions landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and presenting value propositions to senior stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions, including infrastructure services, digital transformation, managed services, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience in selling software licenses and associated services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify challenges and propose creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
